About us
Support built with people, not delivered at them.
Solution Care is a registered NDIS provider. We support people with disability to live well at home, build everyday skills and take part in community life, with a team that stays consistent and communicates clearly.
Who we are
A team built around daily support
Solution Care was set up by people who have worked in disability support for years and wanted to do it properly. That means small, stable teams, honest conversations about what we can and cannot do, and enough time in every shift to do the job well.
Supported Independent Living is our main focus. It is the most involved support we deliver and the one where consistency matters most, so it shapes how we recruit, roster and train. Around it we offer personal care, household support, skill building, transport and community supports, so a person can add or change supports without starting again with a new provider.
We take time over who we send. Workers are matched to you on skills, schedule and personality, and we keep the same small team around you wherever possible, so you are not starting again with someone new each shift.

Our approach
Person led, not provider led
Provider led support fits people into an existing roster. Person led support starts with the person. In practice, that looks like this.
- You choose your goals, and the support plan is written in your words
- You have a say in who supports you, and we introduce workers before they start
- Routines follow your preferences, including timing, order and how much you do yourself
- Support steps back as skills grow, rather than staying at the same level by default
- Decisions stay with you, with supported decision making where you want it
- Plans are reviewed with you regularly, not filed away after intake
Safety and quality
Our commitment under the NDIS Practice Standards
As a registered provider we are audited against the NDIS Practice Standards and work to the NDIS Code of Conduct. These are the things that sit behind every shift.
Rights and dignity
Privacy, choice, freedom from restrictive practice and support to speak up are built into how we work, not added afterwards.
Trained and screened workers
NDIS Worker Screening clearances, reference checks, induction, ongoing training and regular supervision for every worker.
Risk and incident management
Documented risk assessments for each participant, clear incident reporting and reportable incident processes, and review after every event.
Feedback and complaints
A simple complaints process, an answer within five business days, and no consequence for raising something with us or with the Commission.
Clear records
Support plans, shift notes and progress reports kept accurately and shared with you and, with your consent, your support coordinator.
Continuous improvement
Regular internal audits, participant feedback and staff input feed into what we change next. We tell you what came out of it.
Diversity and inclusion
Everyone is welcome here
We support people of all cultures, languages, faiths, abilities, ages, genders and sexualities. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and LGBTIQA+ participants are welcome and supported to be themselves.
If English is not your first language, we can arrange a free interpreter through TIS National on 131 450. If you communicate in Auslan, use a communication device or need information in Easy Read, tell us and we will work the way that suits you.
We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we work, and we pay our respects to Elders past and present.
Let us talk about what you need
A short conversation is usually enough to work out whether we are a good fit.
